- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce or sriracha
- 1 tsp honey or jaggery
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic paste
Veggies (choose any):
- 1 cup capsicum (sliced)
- 1 cup onions (sliced)
- ½ cup carrots (thin strips)
- ½ cup beans or broccoli

1. Pan-fry the tempeh
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the tempeh cubes and cook on medium heat until golden and crispy on all sides. Season lightly with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Prepare the sauce
Mix soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey or jaggery, vinegar, and garlic paste in a bowl.
3. Stir-fry the veggies
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté onions, capsicum, and other veggies on high heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly charred but still crunchy.
4. Combine everything
Add the crispy tempeh back into the pan. Pour the sauce and toss everything for 1–2 minutes until well coated.
5. Serve hot
